Hey!

Okay thank you. thought something might be wrong. I have another question though! To test stability i am using Realbench and i'd like to know :

1. How long should i stress test(stress testing with 16gbram setting) to make sure OC is stable, is 30 minutes enough?
2. Is there another program (free and not prime ) you guys would use instead of realbench ?

to make a fast/ stable system, manual tweaking is needed, not auto blessed OC

There is no such program that can compensate for genuine overclocking/tweaking..

Pick up skills, and you will be both fast and stable (and no need for hours of useless stress testing)

Its dirty work in the beginning, but it will pay off later on, i assure you (not only on this current platform)

A OC can be high and fairly stable on the surface, but many times the system wont run clean and fast anyway = instability in the long run, and bad overall performance.

There is no such thing as a fast fix when it comes to tweaking

Often people "dumb strive" for silly low voltages, and yes a system can run on too low voltages, and will perform thereafter = bad.

Not pointing finger at you, this is more of an general reply..

It's a matter of preference. Some do hours, some do days. It's up to you.

No. But if you want some alternatives, there are stuff like IntelBurnTest or AIDA64.

I want to :-
1. O/C CPU
2. O/C RAM
3. O/C GPU


So to start with should i start with the CPU then move on to others or should i do both CPU and RAM at same time?. What settings should i go for first? I have AIDA64 for stress testing and Afterburner for the GPU. Do i need anything else? What should i look at to start with ...............

a) 4.3? Stock voltage? Anything else?
b) 2400Mhz on RAM <-- how do i do this?
