Nate first of all thank you for patience and time!

My system:

Intel i5 4690K (cooler: Noctua NH-D14, 2 fans)
Asus Maximus VII Ranger (BIOS verison is 1104)
1x8GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz
MSI GTX660 TF 2GBD5/OC
Corsair HX750W
5 fans (2xfront, 2xtop, 1 back, brand Scythe, version Typhoon)
1x Samsung SSD, 2x WD HDD
Corsair 600T

I have AIDA 64 Extreme version, Real Temp, CPU-Z... do I need anything else?

Thank you for listing your specs. I'm not sure how far we will get with your cpu cooler, but we'll give it a shot. You have everything you need to overclock your cpu.

In the meantime, you can run the aida64 cpu stress test at stock settings for say 5 - 10 minutes.

Monitor your cpu temps and post them please.

That is great temps under 100% load with your cpu cooler. I must say I am quite impressed. It looks like you did a very good job applying the thermal paste and mounting your Noctua cooler.

I will be leaving soon so hang tight. With those temps, you have some room to overlcock your cpu.

Do you have any games installed?
