It's not much different from using manual voltage. All you have to do is change the setting from manual to adaptive/offset. Then proceed to type in the voltage in the offset section to match your manual voltage you got earlier.

I would like a concise, step-by-step guide - with pictures, where appropriate - to setting up RAID 5 on the RVE. This has been maddening! I think several others would like a concise, step-by-step guide - with pictures where appropriate - to setting up two SSD drives as a RAID 0. In fact, a concise, step-by-step guide, with pictures where appropriate - to all things RAID would be very helpful.

I'll bump this one: another +1 on a detailed DDR4 timing guide, along with descriptors for all relevant UEFI/BIOS settings. With and without CPU overclock considerations. It's still a bit cryptic, Asus built in a lot of advanced fine-tweaking controls which very few people seem to really understand.

Most of the DRAM info is similar to the DDR3 guides for older boards. New for DDR4 is bank groups (and a few other things). I may write something eventually, but have not been inspired to date, and that won't change unless something of huge importance comes up.

The more cryptic UEFI settings are kept that way to avoid vendors copying us quickly. Too much IP and work goes in to the boards by our teams and revealing what each circuit or function does would render 1000s of hours of R&D easier to copy. We make the auto values on such settings so good that 99% of users will never need to touch them.

There are also some settings which only have an impact when the CPU is running under Ln2 at very high frequencies, so breaking them down for the masses only serves to encourage tinkering that leads to more support queries. For the guys that run Ln2, Shamino and TL post guides over on Kingping Cooling Forums and that is more than sufficient.

    Thanks

Open a support thread in the forum with your issue. Someone will help. List the part number of the memory kit and what you are having issues with.

This might not be the correct thread for suggestions ... but maybe organize the UEFI options more along the lines of "Overclocking options", "Advanced overclocking options", and "LN2-specific overclocking options" lol. I do realize that many fine controls exist specifically for extreme overclockers running LN2 or other hyperspecific setups - they need these crazy options, the rest of us really do not. But it is not always easy to determine which options are which because so many have such vague descriptors. Even a brief text snippet ("Useful in extreme LN2 overclocking") with no other info would be helpful to those among us who want some fine control but don't want/need/understand the exotic niche tweaks.
