As others have suggested, increasing your core voltage is the best place to start. I'm guessing you'll need 1.4-1.45mV on your core to keep it stable at 4.8GHz. My i5 4690K requires 1.46 to be completely stable at 4.8GHz.
I would recommend you lower your Uncore (Cache Ratio) by 100-200 MHz. Leave the voltage on that the same (Auto). Please try both upping your core voltage and lowering Uncore speed until it stabilizes. Keep a very close eye on the core temps above 1.4mV !
