PG278Q Ghosting and crosshair not going away

Hi I just received the Swift monitor and I get some pretty major text and mouse ghosting when scrolling on websites.
Is this normal from TN panels like these?
I didn't have that problem with my overlord tempest X270C monitor 1440p @ 120Hz.
I'm using a GTX 780 Ti Kingpin with latest Nvidia drivers


I am not able to get rid of the crosshair except by restarting my pc. Is this normal?

Any help would be appreciated.

The ghosting problem was related to ruynning OD at extreme mode.
I set it back to normal and everything is good.
