1.85v and 1.98v.
And what is the VSS? (I don't find the voltage)

And the vcore? I guess it's not VCCIN

Thanks
Sorry for my english 😄

Hello

VCCIN is the voltage supplied to FIVR in the CPU. 1.85V VCCIN is the max that any CPU will see during normal, stock operation. 1.98V is the max allowable voltage before possible degradation or damage may occur. VCORE, VSS and other similar voltages will not be in any publicly available data sheets as these voltages are set internally by the FIVR.

Thank you for your answer

For the Vcore, it was indicated in the datasheet of the X79, for example (VCC) and the VCC PLL too
That's why I asked

Hello

Sandy and Ivy Bridge do not use a FIVR. All needed voltages are separately supplied by the motherboard for those processors.

Ok, no "FIVR" for Sandy and Ivy Bridge-E.
Can you explain the "FIVR"?

Thanks for your help
