5.1 Headphone Feedback Issue

Hi,
I have a pair of true 5.1 headphones that are into the audio jacks on the back of the computer (into motherboard) with a usb to power it. But I get feedback in them, not sure if it is from the audio jacks or the usb.
Any idea how to fix this please?


CPU: Intel i7 extreme 4960x
GPU: GeForce GTX 780 ti x2 (SLI)
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2133MHz (running at 1866MHz)
Mother: Asus Rampage IV Black Edition

Headphones: Mad Catz Tritton Pro+

feed back is usually caused by the mike and speakers being to close together, do u have speakers on to?
