Is it possible to switch a G73-JH from an ATI card to the Nvidia?

I'm at the end of my rope here. I've gone through the gsod issues and updated the vbios and got the system running again. I've played multiple games watching everyone else with the same laptop (but with the nvidia card) get so much better performance out of their system.
I recently purchased Rage and am once again pulling my hair out over this sham of an ATI card.

Is it possible to send my laptop in and have the ATI replaced with the Nvidia equivalent or are the connectors / wiring too baked for the ATI setup? If it is possible, how much would it cost?

The problem is also needing the correct BIOS.

What games are running poorly compared to the JW/SW? It may be a CPU limitation if comparing to the SW.

Well I had no idea there was a new BIOS. Flashed my laptop with 213 and it's running MUCH better! I'd say my problem's solved. Thank you!
