I want to update to latest bios, does some of you noticed any improvements over 1505 and 4790K CPU in OC or stability?

What is the best way to update BIOS (windows, BIOS or from USB with PC shutdown)?
Thx for reply!

Hi PinkJackal

ASUS bios update method for Maximus VI

Download the latest Bios from the ASUS site. At the same time download the renaming tool both to an empty fat32 formatted USB stick,
Activate the renamer to convert Bios file to ****.CAP, Check it has done its job.
Power down your system.
Plug the USB drive into the bottom USB connection port on your IO panel.
Make sure that the power supply is ON. (MB green light)
Press the Bios Flashback button (The one with two little race tracks) for 3 seconds. The FLBK led will begin to flash.

Wait until the process finishes and your done.
