Hi I have just got my Rampage Extreme V, I have put Samsung XP941 256GB M.2 NGFF PCIe Solid SDD in but can I get it to boot, windows sees it when I install windows, all windows says I have to go to the bios and make it the boot drive!

I have enabled it went to Advanced, then on board devices configuration and from the pull down menu M.2

Still noting

HELP Anyone?

Hello

The drive is designated as the boot drive in the Boot Menu of the UEFI not the Advanced Menu.

Hello,

I responded to the question on Amazon and as you can see from my signature it is possible to BOOT from the Samsung M.2 Drive. As PRAZ has said above the Setting are in the UEFI and then change the drive priority and then boot order. If you are still having issues i can try to take screenshots of my BIOS settings at the weekend.

thanks
