Touchpad Driver for right-side scrolling?

I have a GS74sx and the original Sentelic touchpad drivers it came with (I think it was 9.1.3.5) did not allow me to set my right-side scrolling the way I wanted. It would scroll nearly a whole page with every swipe down and I wanted a much more gradual scroll. I downloaded the 9.1.7.7 drivers and while it allows me to do a gradual two-finger scroll that I like, it seems to have completely disabled the option to scroll with one finger on the right side. Any recommendations on what settings or what drivers to use to have a gradual single-finger right-side scroll on my touchpad?

The Sentelic TP/drivers just don't implement side scroll like that. The closest they come to a gradual (i.e., USEable) side scroll is the "touch scroll" where you hold your finger at the top or bottom of the zone to effect the scroll. That's the only one that results in a smooth movement that you can actually follow on-screen.
