1. You still may not have enough CPU Vcore. You may need to up it 0.1v or 0.2v.
2. You cache voltage seems low, unless you're running it at stock. If your cache frequency is at stock, your cache voltage is normal.
3. Even though this shouldn't matter at all, and the Ad code is more indicative of CPU instability (if not a Windows issue), since your are running 8GB sticks, you could bump up your System Agent Voltage Offset by 0.15v to see if it helps.
