Help on R5E Mosfet cooler.

So I recently bought a R5E and am planning to watercool when EK releases their Clean wb. However this requires me to remove the top mosfet/io cover. I was hoping to keep the io cover, but due to the heatpipe connecting the two I cannot. I could just remove it from each other but that would in turn void the warranty. I guess I had to just buy the part. I called Technical Support, and they directed me to the eStore #. I called them up and they demanded i require a part number which the Technical side cannot provide. Is there anyone that can help me in this situation.

No, they don't.

If you really want to keep the I/O cover, what you can do is cut off the heatpipe that connects to it.

then the whole board wont be under warranty wouldnt it?
say if something dies

Any modifications done to the motherboard will void the warranty.

Hello

Correct. There would be no warranty.
