Short horizontal artefacts/distortions during opening application in 144Hz

Hi,

I'm new owner of ROG SWIFT monitor. Everything is working quite well, but I wonder one issue...

When in 144Hz mode in windows desktop, there are short horizontal artefacts/distortions during opening/initializing Adobe Photoshop. When this application will boot up, everything is ok. At 120Hz , 60 Hz there isn't such issue.

Is it normal?
