hi! I use 4930K and Rampage IV BE and i want to change my cpu with 5960X or 5930K.can they run with this mainboard? and if they run can i see performance ?

Sadly the answer is, No.

The Rampage IV BE supports LGA2011 and the X79 chipset.
For a 5960X or 5930X (Haswell-E) you'll need LGA2011v3 and X99 chipset.

The boards currently available from ASUS that support Haswell-E CPUs are the X99 Deluxe, Rampage V Extreme, and X99- WS.

I believe what I said to be true, but it would be nice if one of the senior forum members or an ASUS employee would verify the answer I've provided.

I should also mention the ASUS X99-A.
This is currently ASUS' lowest cost option for LGA 2011v3/X-99/Haswell-E.

As of 2014 10 25 can be found on Amazon.com for $275 USD.

Then take Asus Rampage V Extreme, a 5960X CPU and some nice DDR-4 memory. And no air cooler for the CPU. You have to water cool that CPU.
