Stress Test Instability on "up to 8GB RAM"

Hi Forum
I have recently started using ROG RealBench 2.4 to test my system stability.

These are my specs:
CPU:Intel Core i7 4930K - Speed:4598.9 MHz - Multi:46.0 - Bus:100.0 MHz
RAM:1199.8 MHz (1:18) - 16GB - 10-12-12-31-2T
MB:RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION - FW:0801 - Desktop
OS:Windows 8.1 Pro
GPU1:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti

The system appears to be stable while stress testing with "Up to 4GB RAM", however when I stress test "Up to 8GB RAM" I get either a instability warning or a BSOD with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. This suggests to me that the test is writing to an area of memory which it is not supposed to. My question is however is this because having 16GB of RAM installed it is running out of space when running 8GB or is it another issue all together?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Well, it just suggests your system is not RealBench stable at those settings. The more memory you stress the higher the overall stress on the system and the more likely it is to fail the test...

If you drop the CPU OC to 4.4GHz and select all 16GB of RAM...do you pass? Or CPU at stock and all 16GB?...etc

I found the issue, A saved profile which I believed to be my last optimized profile had an incorrect offset voltage causing the instability. Remedying this solved my problem thanks for your quick response.

Run the benchmark instead of the stress test, if it crashes on test 2 it's your overclock on your CPU or RAM not stable
Read the threads on benching tweaks for realbench, there is a lot of good information that will
