hello,
got my g750jh around 1 year now.
i noticed i have a little spot on the screen, but it is only noticable on white/grey backgrounds, should i call the support and replace the screen?, or just check it every once in a while see it doesnt spread?

It'd be too late. As the bright dot guarantee is only 30 days long I think..

Double check to make sure, though I'm sure it's only 30-60 days.

i have 3 years warranty.. they wont fix it ?

Not a bright dot I think. Unless there's 7-8 or more.. you could give them a call and ask them. I myself got a dark blue one, a dead one and a bug inder my screen.. I cannot see the dark pixel though, and the dead one is in the bottom left corner where I don't see it often.

The bug is annoying though..

For me I just got 2 brights dots in my screen and the JW is only 5 months...

The middle one had it fixed by tapping gently over it.
But the bottom one (middle of the task bar) seems to be a dead pixel : troed to run UDpixel for hours but did not fix it.

Starting to think those g750 have some serious hardware issues especially Hard Drives and Screens (my own experience and what I ve read over the net)

Hello,

after 2 years and a half of service my G750JW screen is now full of at least 10 black dots / dead pixels...

I think the screen is the least reliable component in the G750 builds.

I don't think there s a fix is there? I tried to use UDPixel to stimulate the dead pixels for hours but doesn t seem to improve a bit!
