Safe Temps for VRM and PCH ?

After an 4 hour gaming session the VRM Sensor measured 60 °C.

So I was wondering what temps are considered safe for the PCH and the VRM.
I couldn't find any info.

Thanks for the answer. I think i gonna switch my top radiator from exhaust to intake. That should bring some airflow from the pull fans to the VRM heatsink.

That ought to lower your water temperature by a little as well, since you won't be exhausting hotter case air.

I use this block vom EKWB: http://www.ekwb.com/shop/blocks/motherboard-blocks/full-board-blocks/intel-x99-series/ek-fb-kit-asus...

My VRMs got very hot, because my 5960x needs 1.45-1.50v to run at 4.5 GHz. The waterblock helped a lot. Btw, the stock VRM cooler is a massive piece of metal and if you use a fan, I think the stock cooler should do the work.

Sorry for the late reply, but I use 16/10 tubes from Tygon and fittings from Koolance.
