RC TweakIt Error

I have installed both ROG Connect and ROG Connect Plus, rebooted and continually I get the error when trying to run RC TweakIt "The connection is not available"

I have installed from the CD, uninstalled and tried from Ass website and still the same issue.

Can anyone help me please ?

spec
5930k (no overclock yet)
g skill ripjaws x 3000mhz (still defaulted at 2133hz not touched it yet)
r5e on 0802 bios
samsung 941 ssd

As far as I could see there was no config needed. I installed ROG connect first, then ROG Connect Plus, then rebooted.

Yes? They way I read the instructions is that you install ROG connect, then to get normal mode you install connect plus, is that incorrect ?

Then there's your problem.

ROG Connect Plus should be the only program installed on the PC with the Rampage V Extreme. You need to install ROG Connect onto the PC/laptop that you're planning to use to control the PC with the Rampage V Extreme.
