Rampage V Extreme + Kingston RAM

Hi Guys,

Just wante dto know if anyone has run the following kit on the Rampage V Extreme:

KINGSTON 16GB DDR4-3000MHz Non-ECC CL15 DIMM (Kit of 4) XMP Predator
VPN: HX430C15PB2K4/16

I did not see the above kit mentioned on the QVL.

From the specs im seeing it should work fine

I tested these at X99-A. Its working fine.

Does somebody has tested those ram on rampage?

Yep I have those too. Have not been able to get above 2400 with an OC of 45Ghz@1.35v though

Hey Ive have same issue here. Have same setup here, Rampage V Extreme and Kingston 4x4 Pack 3000 MHZ. How did you manage to OC your CPU without lowering your memory frequency?

I use the 2400 CL12 variant of those. Stable @1.35 XMP up to 4.65Ghz 5960x.

They appear to clock the same, with different XMP pre loaded.

Ok thanks, i just ordered 3000mhz kit, maybe get those in this week and can build my system at weekend.

jst got mine stable now at 3000mhz & 4.5ghz@1.29v

Any tips on how you got it stable? Can't get over 2400 myself on a X99-S board.
