120HZ screen dimmer and color different than 144hz and 60HZ

I can't tell what's going on. When I change from 144hz to 120HZ 120 is much dimmer and almost a yellowish or greenish tint? Anyone else seen this on their screen?

I have a GTX 660 and 4770k processor in case that helps.
