Where can I get the UEFI GOP VBIOS?

I noticed that Asus has finally started releasing the UEFI GOP support that AMD has been supplying since 2011:

I however do not have an Asus motherboard or Windows 8, so I would just prefer to get the binary vbios rom file so I can flash it myself. Where could I find that? I have the HD7770-DCO-1GD5: 683D.15.17.0.1.AS01

Asus stated on the oficial release topic (https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?32906-ASUS-UEFI-vBIOS-tool-for-GTX-600-series-cards!-It-s-...) that they will only support their own motherboards because they have tested their hybrid BIOS/UEFI firmware on their own boards.

This guy created a patched tool that should get you going.

Use at your own risk. Read all info carefully before you do something.
By what I have read, their hybrid firmware seems to work well with boards that were not Asus made.
