This isn't the first time this has happened, actually its now 7 in 4 days, since I turned off auto restart to see what the crashes were.
It's been rebooting since I put the card in with more and more frequency, the display port doesn't work properly, the screen flickers constantly (tried 3 cables) but hdmi seems solid apart from crashes.
Hardware Accelerated Videos crash the entire PC about 10% of the time, another 20% of the time they turn green showing no video.
I have done a full driver wipe using the tool, and installed the latest catalyst drivers. The drivers for all other components are up to date, and I have no generic drivers nor warnings on the PC.

Temperatures are 35'c CPU 36'c GPU idle, water is at 26'c.
Under load the CPU maxes at around 51'c, GPU at 58'c and Water 32'c.

Please tell me nothing is wrong and I don't have to dismantle this loop for RMA I have spent so much on this PC now that if I have to pay more, even take more time off work (It's my work machine I work from home as a Software Developer) you will see a post of a grown man crying.
