I would think most people would rather build their own custom cooling , over any pre-built like that one. You would also spend less money building your own..

this all in one closed system cooling is permanent ....

other custom cooling u will always have to change the liquid right ?

As long as you don't get anything 'living' in your coolant, you really don't have to swap out your coolant until you change something. I've don't it a few times because I've changed things around, but it's no big deal. I just use distilled water for my loop.
