dipawaymode.exe causing BSoD

I have no idea why, but suddenly I have a lot of BSoDs because of dipawaymode.exe. Event viewer shows this:

It's happening only during playing games and it's pretty much random. Any ideas how to fix this? I have Hero with 2012 BIOS.

Just tried to run Serious Sam 3. BOOM! System restart. Is anyone going to help or should I sell this garbage?
