It is not released until Nov 18, 2014. There will be a Day 1 Patch released for it which is to be applied by Steam or Ubisoft depending on who you are using. The video is beta from who knows how long ago and without the Day One Patch applied. Still, 60fps isn't too shabby.

We'll be testing it on our notebooks and the G20 (once I get given one..). Media will no doubt test it on all the graphics cards.

Anyone know what the VSync options stand for? There's no 'off'

For all the criticism it got I loved #1. Esp when I got to play with DX9c and HDR when it was new. Couldn't get on with #2 but certainly enjoyed 3 for its shootiness. Looking forward to 4 for sure.

I seen 2 VSync options. One of them had an off option. Im not at home right now so I cant tell you where it is. But when I get home I will take a look and let you know.
