No unfortunately. If you want the latest version, you have to shell out for it. The actual support for 2013 versions from Kaspersky is ended but the database is supported until 27th February 2016

EDIT: I think I may have misunderstood your question. If you try out KAV 2015 as 30 days trial, you won't lose your automatic registration if you revert back to KAV 2013. Depending when you originally installed the KAV 2013, the one year begins then.
