Hi there just built a new pc with this monitor in mind and when I hit the turbo button it will not go past 60hz, I am using displayport mini (StarTech.com Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort Adapter Cable - Video/Audio Cable - Mini-DisplayPort (M) - 20 pin DisplayPort (M) - 1.8 m - Latched) That cable should display 4k. Any help would be great.

You need to keep the mouse moving or it needs to be in game for the Turbo button to activate. A static display won't change.
It's also possible that your adapter is stopping it (and possibly GSync).

What about the original cable? Does it reach 144hz? Try changing it through windows Screen resolution settings.

The cable shouldn't be the issue unless it's damaged, but that's more of a it works or it doesn't.
