I just remounted the H105, but made up some washers out of Delrin and it seems to have cured it as it boots now fitted.
I also have left the screws on the looser side of tight, will have to see what temps the CPU is running at under load as to weather it will need to be tightened.

Its running at 23c on idle according to BIOS and my house is about 18c atm.

If your doing no over clocking and only running one GPU then your supply will be fine

If not then it depends on what u plan to do

Running over clock sli and over clock CPU is usually at least 1000w or somewhere near it, although that may change since the new nvidia cards at least are claiming almost double power and 50% less power consumption

Like I was saying tho without knowing all the build parts and such I can only guess

But if your not maxing the ram out with the highest capacity and MHz of ram and your running a single video card and your only over clocking either the GPU or CPU you'd probly be good there as well

If u plan to overclock your best bet is to search and see what ur CPU uses power wise when overclocked, then also search the GPU u plan to use and see what its power consumption is, most sites like nvidia and such will list the minimum power supply they suggest but then "most" will also show the power the card uses almost regularly

If u want sli then double the GPUs consumption, then I believe the normal is to add 200-300 more watts as overhead

And again tho I'm not saying that currently ur power supply isn't doing the job, just if over clocking and adding more stuff is in your plans its something you'd at least wanna know about lol

I've seen a few gaming rigs built with 500-600watt supplies that run fine its just you wouldn't really be able to over clock or add addition things without a PSU upgrade

Yea this is an issue I've seen appear here a few times, now you'll need to play with it till you find the sweet spot lol

Where you have the lowest temps but it still boots lol

At least good to see that now you have the parts intended running correctly, I hope it all works out nice for ya

Also, u didn't use metal washers did you??

With metal you MUST ensure it touches nothing else or you'll have possible issues

Most ppl would suggest the non conductive washers that usually come with some things, usually a cooper looking color, I believe they are plastic or fiberglass

Gald to see that I didn't get jumped all over about the H-Series CPU Coolers as they seem to cause a bunch of problems with overtighten as I think they are warping the motherboard. Torque settings anyone?

As the for the Power Supply let me shed a bit of light on that subject.
My current AMD FX-8350 with a SSD/Hard Disk and an Matrix R280X and two memory moduels and it draws just under 165 watts running MS Office and surfing the internet. When running Prime 95 that wattage climbs to just under 650 Watts. It is all about "what" your computer is doing when speaking of wattage. I have a Thermaltake DPS PSU so I can monitor the wattage of this PSU; I think Corsair has a model now with electrical monitoring too. Also you can purchase a P3 Power Watt Meter for under $20 too to track the wattage used by your system. Hope this helps.
