Processor Appears to be Overheating

Hello,

My systems information is at the bottom. 😃 In relation to this, I think its important to mention that I have a sealed liquid cooler over my processor. Its called a Kuhler h20 920.

With this same setup I used to be able to run games without hearing my fans. After a few months the fans are so noisy it bothers and worries me. The fans that are really loud are the ones connected to the CPU's cooler. I monitor my temperature and the CPU max temp its reached is 77c which by itself wouldn't worry me but it used to run quite a bit cooler. Its obvious the fans are suddenly working alot harder to keep the processor cool and I am not sure why. Could the h2o from the cooler evaporated a bit? I know its not the fans because they have been replaced and it didn't make a difference. What should I do next?

Has it always run hot or is that a new thing, you might also re-seat your cpu cooler don't forget the thermal compound, arctic silver or what ever brand you use..
