G751JY left fan makes rattling noise

    Hi,

Whenever the left fan kicks in or shuts down it make a rattling sound, which is most audible the slower it turns.
When i put pressure where the fan exhaust is, its less audible but can still hear it when it stops or starts.
When gaming i cant really hear it, unless i put my ear next to the vent.

Is this normal? It was also louder the first time i heard it (have the laptop 2 days now).
    I'm thinking of RMA...

Evil Hotdog, it's not normal, something is out of balance with that fan, and needs to be replaced.

If you only had the laptop for 2 days, you can return to the seller for a new replacement much quicker than an RMA to Asus for repair.

You would only need to RMA to Asus if you are outside the return period with the seller.

    Good luck
