As the title say's Microsoft is allowing ISO downloads or will create a USB Windows 8.1 install media

Now if Microsoft would only allow me to use my embedded key??
Not sure if it will.
I lost my Win 8 when I downgraded to Win 7 Pro, and muffed up my Image of Win8 , losing my recovery partition etc.
