Hi, I'd like to tag along too as I'm having the EXACT same problems - with pretty much the exact same build in Binap (same cpu, monitors etc). It seems a bit better in bios 1001 in that it is more consistent with the q-codes, always 61 now. - looks like this is becoming a common(ish) problem.

    To add to the discussion:

I've replaced the display port cables and even Ethernet cable to eliminate voltage leakage concerns
    Removed all USB hubs
Run on XMP profile (no OC), everything else auto
    Disabled xHCI and EHCI supports
Used to fiddle with system agent voltage, but that's back on auto now - but that made no difference.
Clear CMOS and reflash bios - a similar thing used to occur in older bios's

    **Update**
I've isolated the issue to my thrustmaster warthog and astro a50 headphones. Other people have had success disabling xHCI but that diesn;t seem to be working for me.

I had similar issues, my problem was my CH Products Pedals. It was starting to drive me crazy as my issue was intermittent and only at POST/BOOT. On the upside I did discover these excellent forums, and I did learn allot about unrelated things trying to troubleshoot the issue At first I thought it must be RAM, OS, or the M.2 ... but no it was freakin USB. Currently I am thinking about just getting a $18 USB 2.0 PCIe card and just using that for my flight/space sim toys. For now I've just been leaving those devices unplugged until I need them, as I don't care for turning off xHCI in BIOS.
