Hi Axioz,
I think you would see a significant difference between 1600 and 2133. There will be a difference in gaming between 1600 and 1866, but not as much. I don't think 2400 or 2666 are worth the money for gaming, but the difference is there that shows up in benchmarks. Over 2666 isn't worth it in DDR3 even for serious OC benchmarking.

It really depends on what you want. In games, 1600MHz or 2666MHz the only difference you will see is the cost.
But if you want that extra RoG factor?
Go for a higher clocked kit. G.Skill Trident X or Corsair Vengeance Pro.
As far as the graphics go, I would honestly hold off in the 980.
In January, the R9 300 series should be released and those cards will supposedly have HBM memory. If this is a "building it tomorrow" build, then unless you plan on adding in an extra GPU later on, I would buy two R9 290s and a GT 640 as a PhysX processor if you play any games with PhysX (hybrid PhysX is possible). You'll get a lot more performance for the same cost, and you'll still end up getting Direct X/Direct3D 11.3 and 12.0 when they are released.
