BIOS took a dump

Basically the PC has turned itself on twice in the past couple of days, Today I find it stuck on the BIOS screen, settings the same but unable to boot to windows, it just took itself back to BIOS no matter what I did.

Ended up pulling the battery in the hope of a complete BIOS reset, It still had the profiles saved.

I couldn't fine a CLR CMOS jumper on the board?

And now I figure its the same as hitting the button on the backplate.

Anyone else had this on BIOS 901?

no but I had only had the board a matter of days prior to 901.

My pc also has started turning on on its own.
On 0901, never happened on 0802 or previous.
I will check this afternoon all the usb devices connected.
Might have something to do with that...

Try reflashing back to the 0802 BIOS.

Do you shutdown your system or put it to sleep? Which Windows are you using? Also clear your CMOS and go into the BIOS to make sure none of the options in the APM section is enabled.

This is after shutdown, sleep is disabled and on Windows 8.1 x64 pro.
Will do

APM has nothing to do with a mobo booting into the BIOS though.

You mentioned your system turning itself on. The only options that will make your system turn on is within the APM section.
