SSD CRUCIAL M4 128GB LOW PERFORMANCE ON G73JWA1

Hi Guys so I finally got the ssd suggested for my g73jwa1 (Crucial M4 128gb) I installed it today and I'm getting low performance,what should I do?
Asus G73jw-A1 - Crucial M4 128gb SSD - 14 Gb DDR3 RAM - Windows 7 Premium X64

Wow! It's already filled up 77%. What have you got there? You didn't do a clean install, did you?
Anyway try the tweaks found here: the-ssd-optimization-guide, except for System restore that I wouldn't disable.

your SSD is rated for SATA 3 speeds for read up to 500mb/s but the G73JW is sata 2 and will only read at SATA 2 speeds. the performance you are seeing is correct

Even the 4K read/write @ 12.7 & 2.7?
