I just installed my brand new 980 Strix.
Installed drivers from nVidia.
Running games or any benchmarks i can hear coil wine/buzzing.

Is this normal thing?
Should i be worried?

PSU is ThermalTake 875W ToughtPower XT

How loud is it?

It's not very high. It's more like mild whine whenever I play game like FarCry 3,ect..
I can hear it when I close my 750D.

There will always be some sort coil whine. As long as it isn't obnoxiously loud, your GPU is fine. Sometimes the sound goes away after using the GPU for some time.

That PSU im using right now is old like 4 years now.
Im gonna try whit Coolermaster V850 850W.
Will report outcome.

If PSU is emitting that coil whine noise does it mean it dying and should be replaced to avoid component failure?

Enabling Vsync should reduce or even eliminate GPU coil whine.

Not necessarily. Some units emit a slight coil whine even when new. But if the noise gets louder and louder over time, it's a good sign of your PSU aging and you should plan to replace it soon.
