Back Tracker 70GB Requirement

I used back tracker a couple months ago and created a recovery media for my ASUS G75 onto a 32GB mem stick, only need about 18GB. I lost the stick. I just tried to recreate a recovery media and back tracker is requiring me to use a 70GB memory stick. Why the jump from a 20GB requirement to 70GB? Is there a way to revert back tracker to accept 20GB for the recovery media?
