ASUS VGA Software - HELP

Hello I have a GTX 760 this is my exact model - ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5

It came with a software disk but my comp does not have a CD drive so I went to download the latest VGA software for the card.

http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5&p=9&s=2&os=30&hashedid=PHhRj6...

There are three different utility softwares with a slightly different name, but according to the link below they are all the same software (except for the GPU Tweak Streaming, what is that)?

1) ASUS GPU Tweak Streaming V1.0.3
2) ASUS GPUTweak 2.4.9.2 for WinXP32/64, Win7 32/64, Win8 32/64, Win8.1 32/64
3) ASUS GPU Tweak utility 2.4.1.0 version

Note: There is an even later version of the GPU utility but it is not showing on my cards download page.
The version is 'GPUTweak V2.7.1.8'

That one is not even called 'ASUS' GPU tweak. Should I get that version instead of the ones on my download page because it seems like the latest? Thanks for clarifying the ASUS software utility mess.

PS: My OS is Win 7 64bit.

So which software version should I use for overclocking?

ASUS GPUTweak 2.4.9.2 as shown on my VGA models product (download) page?
http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5&p=9&s=2&os=30&hashedid=PHhRj6...

OR

The latest 'GPUTweak V2.7.1.8' as shown on the GPUTweak download page
http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5&p=9&s=2&os=30&hashedid=PHhRj6...

Is 2.4.9.2 the latest supported for my card and the newer versions may cause problems on it?

EDIT: I downloaded 2.4.9.2 and 'checked for updates' and it says I have the latest version even tho 2.7.1.8 is out so that is WEIRD. Have not attempted overclocking yet until I get an answer on which version is better for my card.

Hello

Whichever version is newest that is posted for your card would be the correct version.

So Version '2.4.9.2' NOT 'V2.7.1.8'?

The thing is, with that logic. I should be using the latest Nvidia driver posted for my card as well and not the latest driver posted on the Nividia website. Is that a true statement? If ASUS posts the latest Nvidia driver for my GTX 760 as e.g. 1.2 and Nvidia posts the latest for GTX 760 as 1.7, I should still be using the 1.2 Nvidia driver? Correct?

What if a game comes out that is only supported by Nvidia 1.4+
I think this is all very strange.

Hello

That logic is flawed. What does a driver written by nVidia have to do with a utility written by ASUS?

use the latest NVidia driver , the driver is backward compatible as most drivers are
