Maximus Hero VII best overclocking BIOS?

I've read that the 1104 bios is better than 2012 (2201?) for overclocking. Is this true?

Depends on how high you want to go - afaic. If you're below 1.35v then 2201 should be fine.

Ai suite updated my bios to 1104 and it's sure that this is the last version.
On Asus website there are 2 newer versions, 2012 or smth. Should I update to the latest ?
And how, in ai suite I didn't see a way to manually choose a downloaded file.
The system appears to be OK atm, I don't look to oc anything, just that usually the latest bios is the best.
