Manually enter your memory base timings, frequency (2133MHz), and DRAM voltage in your bios.
And you should bump up the DRAM voltage a notch or two above spec for 32GB to ensure stability.
32GB will put enormous stress on the CPU IMC, especially AMD, so you may not achieve desirable overclocking results.
Remember there is little gain by running higher memory frequencies, so if you have to down clock, then so be it.
