    Exclamation Please Help - G56JR keyboard light can't on / off

    HI All,

    Recently just got my G56JR rma back from ASUS two days ago.

    Fresh install the win 8.1 from my own, install all the updated driver, all the hotkey is working except FN + F3 & F4, which is control the keyboard backlight brightness. Been install / uninstall ATK package & KB Filter Utility for more than ten times but still not working.

    This is the driver / bios information -
    Bios Version: 202
    ATK: V1.0.0031
    Keyboard Device Filter Utility: V1.0.0.5

    Any expert here can advise on this? Send in warranty once again will be my last option here.
