Well I'm ecstatic that we could have such a fast turn around on getting you the corrected color. I wasn't sure if the Italy office would get my email until the next day after I submitted it. I'm kinda sad for the Mace Windu version of the MATRIX 980 you had. It was unique and that color would look so cool in certain themed rigs.

Santz76 and Chino are right about how it should only be red in intense situations. Don't forget you do have 4GB of VRAM... I would suggest trying 3D mark 2013 Firestrike and/or Furmark. These are the ones we used to test when 'Santz76' cards were here. For stability length we ran Unigen Valley. Which version of Unigen Heaven were you using 4.0? If you try those programs it should to turn red. If not then something might be afoot. In that case, you can email me in further detail with all the information you have tested it with, along with screenshots so you don't have to flood the forum with a bunch of images.

Seeing the LED indicator issues is really putting off my plans to get the Matrix GTX980s. May I ask if ASUS will be allowing users to customize the LED indicators to colors they want in the near future, or at least allow them to turn it off completely?
