Hi

I enable on the bios asmedia controler

after i want to install the ASMEdis USB3.0 controler

But during the installation the message error appear

"The ASMEDIA104x usb 3.0 host controller was not found"
why???

i upgrade the chipset to the last

Windows 8.1 comes with the drivers for the USB ports by default. Have you verified each of the ports on the back of your motherboard to see if they are working?

they are two ports back to the motherboard that not work
It is the two at the bottom of usb connector

All the usb working they are alimentation

but the two one not recognize and they are link with asmedia
