Front Base has no sound on M7F

As said in title, my front base is the new version, which has the label on the back. So it should not need to upgrade its firmware.

The M7F BIOS version I have is 0501 and the front base driver version is 1.01.11.

Any one help?! The cable has been re-plugged several times...

Please help....

the driver is only rog connect - have you installed the audio driver? Realtek Audio V6.0.1.7255 for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 32bit and 64bit (WHQL) for ROG Front Base EQ function.
