    Overclocking i7 5930k

    My new Build:
    PSU: Seasonic X Series 1250W
    MOTHERBOARD: Asus Rampage V Extreme
    CPU: Core i7 5930K
Ram: Crucial Balistix Sport 8 GB DDR4 2400MHZ
    CPU Cooling: Corsair H110
4.2GHZ with 1.25 voltage is safe? How do i change the voltage? IS it vcore voltage? are there other settings I need to change, or only the cpu multiplier and vcore voltage? Thanks for helping, this is my first ever OC.

So, My questions are: 1.26 Voltage is safe? will it harm my CPU in the long term (3 or 4 years at least)? What are the settings I need to change?
The vcore voltage, or is there anything else I need to change too?

simple, acording to my experience, 1.3 vcore is safe and iddle for a 4.5ghz OC with no risks.
You also would want to change: Cache volt to 1.2 or 1.3. 1.2v to the system agent, sync all cores. Bclock in between 100.2 to 100.8 and multiplier in 45. You can squeeze cache up to 36 for safe values. This kind of oc forces you to start with the voltaje tweaks which is allways a mindblow. remember to set ram at 1.2v
And remember, with the rampage you have the chance to go 99% safe with the ln2 mode and the slow mode
I recomend you to load one of the oc profiles at the bios and check all the numbers so you´d have a reference.

I was really happy with my 5930k and my rampage V until yesterday, setting to defaults and moving to win8.1. suddenly experienced my first blue screen and later on all the supremeX sector went off and no post. qpanel code 00 and cpu led light in red. Im frustrated.

Thanks for the tips, i changed to those settinigs:
Multiplier to 43, Core voltage to 1,27, cacge voltage to 1.21, 1.2 to system agent, and cpu strap and bclk at 100.0 (My Dram Voltage is 1.2 by defualt).
Is it safe to use per core instead of sync all core (I want all the cores to stay at 4.3GHZ, but just want to know)?
What is the best stability test for MY CPU that will 100% stress it but WILL NOT cause any damage to it (prime 28.5 I think damages the haswell CPUs), I want to be sure My Overclock is stable,
