First time posting but i am in need of assistance:
Previously, i had installed a clean win 8.1 on my machine. I have used my recovery discs to recover the recovery partition. I cannot boot into the system recovery partition by pressing F9. When i access the BIOS and review the boot options, the DVDRAM is the only option. I was able to verify that the recovery partition was created through a second computer. Also, i have tried using a win 7 disc to boot the start-up recovery but i receive an error and is forced to restart.
Is there another way to boot the recovery partition?
What will i need to do to return to factory state (win 7 x64)?
Your help is appreciated!
