    It's Nvidia's fault.

    256 bit bus =/= 4 useable GBs.

Check your ram, bsod in gaming mostly because of ram and PSU,
Nvidia GPU doesn't need gold PSU,
But needs enough power and amp obviously,
I'm using corsair VS650 650watt because it have 80% efficiency and it have 50 amp.

    Hello

If you are unhappy with the card return it to the place of purchase. This forum is not really the place to be discussing what may or may not be in violation of consumer protection laws where one resides. Thank you.

Yeah this really isn't the place to be discussing legal violations.

If you're unhappy that Nvidia released a piece of ****, don't blame ASUS.

    ASUS knows what's up.

The GTX 970 is literally incapable of utilizing all 4GBs of VRAM.
