Hello everyone,
So I returned so far 2 G751's and about to buy one now i found at a price i can afford but I want to know if it is really a worthy difference between these two to spend more for the G751.
I will use it for gaming and streaming and also Photoshop and video editing.

Price:1.528$
G751JT - Intel Core i7-4710HQ till 3.5GHz, 17.3" Full HD, 16GB, HDD 1TB + SSD 128GB, nVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M 3GB GDDR5, Free Dos

Price:1.196$
G771JM - Intel Core i7-4710HQ till 3.5GHz, 17.3" Full HD, 8GB, 1TB, nVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 4GB GDDR5, Free Dos

The second one I returned was a G751JY with 980M but that one I can't seem to find it anymore at the price of the 751JT anymore that being my final budget. And I waited for better then 3 months to finally get a new laptop a
bit fed up with waiting for offers so I hope I won't give up on too much power by replacing a 980 with 970.

So what are your thoughts, worth it ?

I think the G751 is the better choice as you can afford it.

Does anybody also know if the screens of the 2 are the same quality or if the G751 has a better one?

The GTX970M Is far better than the GTX860M.

Yep, I've tested both the 860m and the 970m versions and definitely, although 860m is decent, the 970m will not disappoint at all. If you can afford it, go for the 751.

Thank you everyone for your replies, went for the G751JT and it really is great.
Only issue atm would be a blue pixel I see mostly when the windows logo shows up and a little light bleed but I'l try live with that.

Now I am just trying to do a right windows install as it seems I messed something up as i get a small line in the upper left screen for a longer time then it should blip there on and off. And when i was at the partition part of windows setup when i choose the ssd it just created a 300mb systedm reserved partition not as it usually did more pattitions like the 128mb one or thr 90 mb or something like that if anybody knows the reason please let me know what I did wrong ^^

Wow that's cool! I just hope it will be worth keeping mine with the pixel issue and the little light bleed.

Dude how much are you reaching on your core and mem clock? And if you don't mind, would you be able to share you custom vbios? (Don't worry. I won't sue you if I mess up lol).
