Vulcan PRO sound really low. Please help!

I have a problem with the Asus Vulcan PRO. I was playing CS:GO normally, enjoying my brand new headset, when suddnely the sound went really low. I put the volume up to 100 and it's still really low. Couldn't even hear what people said through Skype with no background sounds.

Do I have to return my headset for repairs? Or is there a way to fix this?

Update: Got a replacement from Komplett.no, but the same issue seemed to happen. Sound decreased slowly until it reached a stopping point. Is this a hardware problem?
